Vegetable pasta


-Spaghetti pasta
-1tbsp garlic paste
-1tbsp ginger paste
-2 green onions chopped
-2 carrots sliced
-1/2 cut red pepper, cubed
-1/2 zucchini chopped
-1/4 cup pasta water
-3tbsp soy sauce
-1tbsp sugar
-1tbsp sriracha sauce
-1-1/2 tsp cornstarch


  1. Cook pasta according to package, reserve 1/4cup pasta water
  2. Heat oil
  3. Add garlic, ginger and green onions, sauté
  4. Add carrots, broccoli, red pepper, zucchini
  5. Mix pasta water, soy sauce, sugar, sriracha sauce, cornstarch
  6. Add pasta and sauce. Toss
  7. Serve
