sausage pasta


-Farfalle pasta

-450g beef sausage, cases removed

-2cloves garlic, crushed

-200grms cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped

-1 handful of fresh spinach

-2tsps tomato paste

-1tsp paprika

-1/2tsp cayenne pepper

-1/2tsp black pepper



-chili flakes to garnish


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
  2. In pan, add oil, sauté garlic, add sausage and cook until no longer pink
  3. Add the tomatoes and paste, cook for 2mins. Add the spinach, cook until it wilts
  4. Add cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper
  5. Add the pasta. Toss well and serve garnished with black pepper and chili flakes
