SPINACH/MUSHROOM PASTA

Ingredients:
-Farfalle pasta
-3tbsp olive oil
-3cloves garlic, minced
-400grms mushrooms, sliced
-1/2cup pasta water
-1tsp black pepper
-1/2cup parmesan cheese
-1tsp red chili flakes for garnishing
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions
- Heat oil. Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté for 2mins. Remove from pan and set aside
- Add spinach, cook for 2mins. Add the mushrooms and cooked pasta. Toss well.
- Add parmesan cheese and pepper. Mix well
- Serve garnished with chili flakes
